About the Awards

Each year, CRE professionals can submit their closed sale and lease transactions to be considered toward the Power Broker Awards. CoStar then verifies and analyzes thousands of deals submitted to identify winners in each market. Recognized as the premier industry award, both the firms and brokers can obtain this recognition which places you among the industry's elite. 

Power Broker Quarterly Deals 
Power Broker Quarterly Deals are designed to recognize brokers and their top deals in each market every quarter, based on price and square footage. Submit your deals that close within each fiscal quarter by the below deadlines to be recognized among commercial real estate's elite. Winners of the quarterly deals awards receive extensive promotion in the CoStar product and marketing channels. In addition, exclusive winners' templates are made available to promote your success among your peers and clients. 

Power Broker Annual Awards 
Quarterly deals are aggregated and considered for the Annual CoStar Power Broker Award. In addition to the recognition and promotion provided for quarterly awards, annual individual winners receive a personalized trophy and annual firm winners receive a personalized plaque.
